SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. Shipping: Simple Objects will ship your order within one week of your order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select. Simple Objects is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

2. Delivery: All the products we will deliver within two week (14 days) in India, Upon delivery, you are responsible for inspecting the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please contact Simple Objects at care@simpleobjects.in within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 3 days of receipt. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, and in a re-sellable condition. and delivery charges may need to pay by the customer. Please contact Simple Objects at care@simpleobjects.in for instructions on how to return a product.

4. Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned product, Simple Objects will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a product, Please contact Simple Objects at care@simpleobjects.in.

6. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g. incorrect item was shipped).

7. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Simple Objects at care@simpleobjects.in within 24 hours of delivery. We will either replace the product at no additional cost to you or issue a refund, at our discretion.
